It seems to just stop at the first service it finds.

We may want to nix this command, with the intro of #18. The purpose of this command was to singularly start our API service, which could happen with one sls offline command if #18.

Completely removed this, along with other redundant commands. Because we've now moved over to a singular SLS service with multiple lambda functions, users should now use the standard, baked in SLS commands (sls deploy, remove, info)
