Minecraft 1.13 compatible #17

Made it compatible with Minecraft 1.13 Changes made: Reworked CustomName system (now requires JSON text formats in 1.13) Added center-corrected option (positions in 1.13 are no longer center corrected)

This is awesome, thank you 👏 But I think we should wait with merging until Minecraft 1.13 gets released. Just in case they change something until then.
