Switch to .html.jinja2 extension #27

To merge this PR, event repositories(metarefresh, drodicon, rootconf, juliacon, kilter, cartonama2012) and event edition branches of these repositories have to be updated to use eventframe.html.jinja2 https://github.com/hasgeek/metarefresh/blob/2012-eventframe/templates/index.html#L1
