Since these are standard policy for a company, I'd move this into the company's record rather than the jobpost's.
Is company's records visible to everybody?
The company record is a shared db record used by all jobposts from that company. It's still a part of the job posting process.
It will help to jobseekers to see these before they apply. As I a job seeker there are many other things which I would like to know about the company before I even apply which I will share later but for now these two option should be added and mandatory.
For working days there could be a radio button group a) Monday to Friday b) Monday to saturday
And for vacation policy there could be to input with labels a) Public holiday (11) b) Paid leave (21)
