Changed the Favicon #15

Changed the default React favicon to a new favicon having a whiteboard and markers in it. I have attached the image of the favicon below for more clarity.

@Aniruddha-Inge Looks great but the black color under frame looks very empty, what if we can add HW text representing Hash-Whiteboard there. WDYT @DhairyaBahl ?

Can you please at least share some more designs to compare? I would suggest to add some text between frame
