Add Tooltip to Icons for Better Understandibility #48

I would like to add a tooltip to each icon so that users could know what particular icons do when clicked. Below is the screenshot of the current project -

Can anyone please assign it to me as a GSSoC'22 label? I have already done the functionality in my local project. Just need to create a PR for it.
