Can you explain why retrieval rates have been dropping?

What they told me was that they were testing boostd's index collection in the early stages, so that caused some data loss, which has stabilized, and that they understand that spark doesn't support the current allocator path yet, and I believe that the retrieval rate will go up when spark supports the path.
