To be perfectly honest, I have literally no idea how this will be done.

Same as for hashbang.sh and provisor: this goes away in the userdb move, do we really invest in testing it?

I suppose not, but I believe @lrvick wanted a fully testable infrastructure before moving forward with the userdb move.
