Add a 'scripts' directory to aux/ #34

I think there's some sense in adding a 'scripts' directory to aux/

Any concerns or shall I create a pull request once we've resolved issue #30? I'd do it sooner but I'd rather not create unnecessary git merge headaches for anyone.

Makes sense to me. That way the scripts are available both outside and inside the server. Roll with it :)
