Set up basic HTTPS #41

I wanted to test an API that used a callback to a HTTPS URL, but this isn't included in Vlad.

1) Add basic HTTPS support with an unsigned certificate.

2) Ensure Vagrant share URL's work with the this HTTPS port.

I'm not entirely certain that HTTPS will work over Vagrant share, so that might be worth a look into first :)

Done in dev, will tag as release 0.8.1.
