Add drush7 alias #97

Both Acquia and Pantheon make drush-master available via the alias 'drush7'. Would be great if we added that instead of drush-master, or in addition to.

Seems like a sensible idea.

Yup, perfectly doable :) I'll do it as an additional alias.

I'll push this into the latest version and roll it into v0.9.1 (which also fixes a couple of other bugs). Thanks for the suggestion.
