A new feature with two bang commands for its implementation. !addquote and !quote.
The concept here is to do a mocking form of wisdom where users would reply to a message they find funny using !addquote, which will add it to the guild store of quotes that they have. They can then randomly pull from this store using !quote, which should display an attractive embedded format with some kind of quotation format for the message, with something to help make it seem sarcastic almost.
[ ] Check if any modifications are needed to the DB Schema to accommodate this.
[ ] Implement !addquote bang command which, when used to respond to another message, rips the content and writes it do a DB row of some kind.
[ ] Implement !quote to randomly pull from the aforementioned DB table by guildID.
