Remove dupes from iso4217 #100

Even though the currency is the same, where used by many regions it is duplicated. While we are not currently doing regional conversions nor do we support properties on Assets in chain to leverage for now we need to dedupe

It doesn't break anything as is but it does increase the chain by about 100 Assets
