cap2hccapx should detect zero timestamp and give a warning. #25

Some cleaning tools set the timestamp to zero. cap2hccapx should be able to detect this and give a warning. correct timestamp information is needed to determine the "EAPOL-Key Timeout". Best regards ZerBea
