Added basic structure for stoffelMPC and integer types #2

added workspace crate stoffelMPC
added vm crate for the virtual machine part
added compiler crate for the parsing logic
added instruction crate for the virtual machine opcodes
added mpc crate for underlying MPC cryptography

In instructions crate:

copied instruction set from mp-spdz

In mpc crate:

included ark crates for cryptography stuff as dependency
added utils module for operations on polynomials
added integer types (PubInt and SecInt) for public and secret integers
provided a first implementation for integer types based on Shamir secrets

Documentation:

added a design.svg file for an architectural overview of stoffelMPC
