We should add ##frontend, but is there anything to distinguish it from #web? Or should we drop #web in favor of ##frontend?

web covers everything including back end development, server admin, etc.

frontend is more focused on ux/ui, front end tech, mobile, deployment and preprocessors and such specific to front end
