In pkgs/scientificpython.yaml I had to change the url from https://sourcesup.renater.fr/frs/download.php/4411/ScientificPython-2.8.1.tar.gz to https://sourcesup.renater.fr/frs/download.php/file/4411/ScientificPython-2.8.1.tar.gz to be able to download it.
