When is Chapter 2 coming out?

Hi Jeremy,

We're currently fixing the protocol down, and creating tools to allow RESTful or Desktop wallet control for Hashdragons. Chapter 2 is coming when we have finalized these and the breed transactions.

We know it's been a long delay! (longer than we hoped)
