Treasury Marketplace questions

• [ ] For 1.3 should we use Private Service or HCD to upload documents? Currently, we are using Private Service, and change to HCD implicate new task like changing the core to call TX and login through HCD
• [ ] Related to the deliverable for the second milestone of afloat, the text says that an MVP tax credit pallet (let's call pallet a) would be created; such pallet extends extra functionality for the current pallet we use for a generic/fractional NFT creation (Fruniques pallet AKA pallet b) that is another deliverable for the Polkadot marketplace milestone (Phase 2). Just to clarify if pallet a would diverge the functionality of pallet b or just append that flow to pallet b.
• [ ] At what lever should Admin be defined for the NFTs that can authorize the assets.
• [ ] What does grading entail? Is it a clarification, text or what beyond approval

1. unsure- has this one been clarified since Friday?
2. Functionality should go into the pallets most appropriate from a design perspective without regard for the milestone language.
3. I think at the "Collection" level.
4. A 'grade' or 'certificate' can just be a note that is saved in IPFS and anchored in Metadata. It could be as simple as a :+1: emoji or as complex as a appraisal and review of diamond cut, clarity, etc. I think that the grader saves the data to IPFS (which could include a cryptographic signature), and then adds it to metadata.

The commission is defined as a percentage on the marketplace. Then all orders within that marketplace share the same commission rate. In the future, we can establish more overrides and configuration options.
