Standard Registry and Policies info pages

Problem description

As per #325 SR account information is stored in the IPFS and published into a Hedera topic. There should be a way to discover this information and browse in the UI.

Similarly, policies are stored in the JSON format and can be quite complex to understand.

Requirements

• Create a page in the Guardian which would list the topics in Hedera blockchain associated with the Standard Registries (SRs) hosted by this instance.
• Create a 'detailed view' page for the SR, to which the user would navigate by clicking an SR item on the previous page.
• The details page should be linked with the Analytics page from #309.
• There should be an info page for each policy listing human-readable stats about the policy:
  • actors/users
  • number of blocks of different types
  • number of projects
  • number of active projects registered for the policy

• Acceptance Criteria fulfilled.
• Demo script updated.

Acceptance Criteria

On a new instance of the Guardian as well as an instance already populated with RA and related entities I am able to navigate to the pages and explore other RAs and Policies present on the instance.

Next step is a conversation with the Hedera Team, Shawn to check to see if Hedera Team has time to discuss this week.

The task is on @anvabr to brainstorm and have a round of thinking on yesterdays meeting, and to come up with a proposal on how this will work. This needs to be merged into one consistent view, the stakeholders will review it, then the technical team will review it and give the HOW and the timing. Andrey is leading the coping, research, and client inputs for this ticket.
