Requirements As a user of the Guardian, I Securely, would like to use a wallet to store my private and public keys. Currently, the reference implementation is storing keys in Mongo, so this feature needs to be added.

Pre-requisite Choice of Wallet

Definition of Done Successful Key Management Unit Testing Outputs

Acceptance Criteria: Successfully passing Key Management Unit Tests.

We still need to know what wallet we are using and how this impacts the SDK.

Similar issue have been discussed in multiple contexts, the first question we need to answer here is whether under the ideal scenario 'actors' (i.e. various types of users) of OS Guardian would

prefer to keep self-custody of the keys in some 'local' wallet under their control or...
would use enterprise wallet, i.e. access they keys via the interfaces/API secured by the user-name and password.

@sergmetelin @justin-atwell @dubgeis what do prospective clients say about this please?
