`hedera-services` has several docs that would serve as a helpful starting point for `hedera-block-node`:

gradle-quickstart.md - the hedera-block-node gradle project structure closely mirrors hedera-services
branch-naming-conventions.md - hedera-block-node is also a public repo and it would helpful to settle on some of the same standards
