Upgrade to the latest Hedera Hashgraph SDK #111

We have been using versions 0.8.0.

We have to use the latest SDk version 1.1.5 and test that the fileUpdate transaction doest remove the keys [when not set in the update transaction] form the file's metadata leaving the file inaccessible.
