Show abridged Message field on the home page

Problem

I would like to see the abridged one line of the Message field of the HCS messages on the home page

Solution

• Add a new column "Message" to the HCS Messages table on the home page
• Show first X characters of the message (and use ... at the end if it is longer than X)
