When you search for a transaction ID that has zero as the nanoseconds is it should resolve to the transaction with zero nanoseconds instead of the user having to enter ".0" at the end

Problem

• I have this transaction ID: 0.0.1280@1716576300.
• The nanoseconds for this transaction are 0.
• When I search for 0.0.1280@1716576300 it cannot find the transaction
• When I append ".0" at the end like 0.0.1280@1716576300.0 it can find the transaction.
• If the user enters a transaction ID that does not have any nanoseconds i.e. 0.0.1280@1716576300 it should resolve to the transaction with zero nanoseconds.
