Add createauctiontxid to auction + improved REST error handling #152

Detailed description:

Adds a createauctiontxid column to the auctions table so the UI can render a link to the HCS message that created an auction.
Returns 404 errors if a REST api call refers to data that doesn't exist in the database (e.g. an unknown auction id)
