Single port proxy

Detailed description:

• Updates the nginx configuration to listen on a single port 80 and redirect to the appropriate container based on url (/v1/admin, /v1 or /).
• Note, port 80 now needs opening through firewall instead of 8080, 8081 and optionally 8082 which can now be closed.
