Add iOS builds #675

It has been requested from the community to add iOS builds for the C++ SDK. These ideally should be added as CMake presets like we already have for macos-arm64, windows-x64, and linux-x64. A way to actually test these builds will also need to be found and added.

Update:

The IOS build has been created
The next step in the process is to test the IOS build on mobile devices
Not unit test or integration tests have taken place
No simulated device testing has taken place
We will need to procure a service to test on the mobile device

Latest update: the developers that requested this do not appear to need it anymore (at least for the time being), so this work will not be merged until it is needed again. I currently have a helpdisk ticket out to protect the branch that contains this work.
