Research: Run ethereum-spec-test against Hedera #11542

We might benefit of being able to run the test cases from ethereum-spec-test against the Hedera network and validate different Ethereum equivalence scenarios.

Note: Tests that validate state transition correctness using merkle patricia tree states would be obfuscated, since Hedera uses different structure for the state.
