Problem

Verify that the limits and throttles and working properly when sending airdrops through contract calls

TPS for airdrop transactions when CONTRACT CALL
max nested calls for airdrop transactions
max child records for airdrop transactions
gas limit

Solution

Expected Result:

when the limits or throttles are reached the proper error messages should be returned
the transactions that are just below the limits and throttles should behave as expected
