Re-enable disabled tests

There's a bunch of tests that are disabled. So far, the following files have disabled tests.

A few notes on VirtualMap related tests:

• VirtualMapTests.java: all tests can be enabled
• VirtualRootNodeTest.java: all tests can be enabled, but minimal changes are required (e.g. to change index to check from 1 to 0)
• VirtualHasherHugeTest.java: to be enabled, but marked as a hammer test, so it isn't executed by default
• VirtualNodeCacheTest.java: all tests can be enabled, with minimal changes
• VirtualMapLargeReconnectTest.java: can be enabled, but it takes quite a while to run, so should be tagged appropriately and changed to a hammer test
• VirtualDataSourceJasperDBSnapshotMergeTest.java: several changes are needed here. First, the test is renamed to MerkleDbDataSourceSnapshotMergeTest. Second, need to explicitly register all constructables for com.swirlds.merkledb before the test. Third, metrics should be registered in the data source before the test, not after. Finally, need to revisit metrics code, I feel a few metrics may be incorrectly enabled/disabled in long/object key mode
• DataFileCollectionMergeHammerTest.java: can be enabled, but should be marked as a hammer test (as its name implies)

This ticket is pretty old and many of the tests listed may no longer be relevant. But the spirit of the task is definitely relevant. Anyone who picks up this task, please update the description with the currently disabled tests as a starting point.
