Problem

~The repo does not have a helm chart dir with files to support helm deployment POC's and eventual productions deployment~ This repo does not have an umbrella format chart deployment structure

Solution

Consider as needed converting current chart to an umbrella helm chart with subcharts for

server
ui
repo
[optional] IPFS
