I have an account on testnet. I created a transaction to create a new account. This worked. Then I went to update the account, and the "Payer ID" drop down only listed my original account, not the new one. When I switch from one organization to another, and then try to create an update account transaction, I see both accounts in the dropdown.
Another thing is that the Account ID field would be nice to have as an editable dropdown, so I could select an account from there. Otherwise, I have to leave the screen to go look at my accounts and copy the account ID.
In addition, if I select an existing account, all the remaining fields should populate with the existing values for that account (memo, staking rewards, etc) so only those things I change will be updated.
