Description:

Adds the wallet + dapp demos into the docusarous docs.

This enables us to always have the latest version of the demo on the docs site whenever a new build is made.
Updates demos to use the latest canary release

run dev:docs and visit http://localhost:3000/demos
observe the dapp and wallet demos are usable
