Updated the manage dropdown in the managed groups section to reflect HDS design

How to Test

Start up server/Boundary client
Navigate to Auth Methods on sidebar
Select a resource with type LIDC or OIDC
Select managed group from sidebar and select a resource
HDS Design should be reflected.
