Fix/json5 security issue

Description

removed and re-installed to make find-babel-config update to v1.2.2 This updated the json5 dependency to the patched version. Fixes this dependabot alert. Test pipeline release

Also removed the resolution for **/babel-core/json5 as it is no longer needed.
