Upgrade ember-simple-auth to latest #2573

Description

Upgrade ember-simple-auth from 4.2.2 to 6.1.0.

NOTE: Changed ember-auto-import from devDependencies to dependencies due to an error Vercel was showing (attached screenshot) and because ember-auto-import docs say to add it as dependency if you are using it within an addon, here docs
