Provide Boundary Desktop build for Darwin ARM64 / Apple Silicon

Describe the solution you'd like

Universal DMG or DMG including Boundary Desktop build for Darwin ARM64 / Apple Silicon for all new releases. Best option would be an update of Homebrew Formula to add Darwin ARM64 version to avoid Rosetta on Apple M1/M2.

Run slow AMD64 version
