consul-guides content for Consul Helm Chart #19

Wanted to get some feedback on this before I pour any more time into it. It's all in the README.md for the most part.

  1. Aligned with larger Consul-on-k8s-related work?
  2. No technical/factual problems?
  3. Sufficient scope for the current features in the Chart?
  4. Anything else?

For those who might not have the full context around *-guides, Soln Eng uses these for demo and discussion with prospects/customers but they also often act as seed material for later Edu-led guides. Intended audience is technical and often there's as assumption of some familiarity with the various techs involved.

Recent Helm Chart updates allow for passing of TLS certificates to be used for enc or Consul cluster traffic. I'm considering adding a section to the doc showing how to leverage those hooks in the chart.
