Move this pluging to IONOS Cloud #69

Description

profitbricks become IONOS, we will need to rename this project, and check if this supports the IONOS Cloud API.

Hi @mcbenjemaa,

Regarding this plugin, we don't have anyone maintaining it on our team and it is in the process of being archived.

Unless someone from the community or from IONOS is willing to pick up the plugin, we don't plan on enhancing it any further.

Please let us know if this is something you'd be interested in, although we cannot maintain the plugin, we'd happily review contributions.
