Possibility to enable/disable audio with the vboxmanage command : modifyvm name --audio-enabled off
Use Case(s)
Actually, the sound variable sets the audio driver to null if the content is none, but leave the audio enabled.
Potential configuration
if sound = "none" use --audio-enabled off
else use --audio-enabled on and use --audio-driver to set the correct driver
