Description

vtpm does not need to be set to true when vbs_enabled is set to true.

@tenthirtyam Just wanted to let you know I built the plugin binary from the dev branch and have been using it for about a week, I have built 2016, 2019, and 2022 images with this plugin version. All is working perfectly for me.
