feat(Card): `<NewsroomCard />` updates

Description

This PR updates <NewsroomCard /> to support:

• logo-oriented thumbnail styles, via a <LogoThumbnail /> primitive
• Tweaks to props:
  • Category for eyebrow
  • Optional thumbnails

Updates have been approved by design via the end of this Figma thread.
