Release latest binaries #643

Hi,

Git last release is 0.9.7 but download link on official website is only at version 0.8.2. If we want latest versions, we need to compile from sources.

Do you plan to fix this or is it now part of consul project?

Hello, is it only a go issue as the website point to 0.8.2 link https://releases.hashicorp.com/serf/0.8.2/serf_0.8.2_linux_amd64.zip?_ga=2.218175257.1835518797.1669626561-1618264607.1669305834 ? Accordingly to my operating system the downloaded binary is from 24th January 2019.
