This small PR updates storybook to the latest version available (6.5.12 from 6.1.0).

Notice: the update is needed to be able to use the previewHead function to inject the Flight icons as SVG sprites, see how it's been done here)

Things to check before merging:

[x] that the deployed version still works (it should but better to double check)
