Viewports: configured screen sizes using https://gs.statcounter.com/ and PDS breakpoints
Controls: available, but not configured for consumption in any existing stories

@meirish: Since the extra packages aren't harming anything at the moment, I'd rather remove unnecessary deps when we fully convert to SB6 stuff.
