Validated examples for blueprints module v4 and v5

• Added examples for v4 & v5 version of the EKS blueprints module (as v5 introduces breaking changes)
• Added basic pre-commit file that validates linting before commit
• Added CONTRIBUTING.md file for details on contributing to the repo
