Added logic to allow creation of Public ALB if needed.
parameterised the ALB listener port
Allowed creation of Single NAT Gateway
Updated the version constraints
Changing the logic to pass 'tags' to 'aws_autoscaling_group' resource as 'tags' argument is deprecated.
