Adding ObjectAttributeTypes and ObjectAttributeType Equal() methods #45

PR to add:

schema.ObjectAttributeTypes.Equal() method
schema.ObjectAttributeType.Equal() method

I believe this should be the final change required to move all of the equality logic into _codegenspec.
