Update README.md to prepare repo #53

This is fairly minimal at the moment. Please point out any areas that you think should be expanded upon.

Also, as discussed out-of-band, given we're not making the codegen repos public just yet, I've left the link to the docs on developer.hashicorp.com in place although those changes have yet to be merged.
